Appointment requests
The booking page does not send your details to our servers. When you press Send on WhatsApp, your browser prepares a message with the details you entered and opens WhatsApp. Nothing is shared until you choose to send that message yourself.
Messages, calls and email
When you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we receive your name, number or address and what you write. We use this only to answer you and manage your appointment. WhatsApp messages are also handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy.
Fonts and scripts
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts and animation libraries from public content delivery networks. These providers may receive your IP address when a page loads, as with any website.
Session storage
The site remembers, for the current browser session only, whether you have already seen the opening animation. No personal information is stored.
Analytics
If we add website analytics, this policy will be updated to name the service and what it measures.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you from your messages, and ask us to delete your contact details and message history with the salon.
